Background of Development:
FREE THE TONE's founder and designer, Yuki Hayashi, amassed over 20 years of experience in maintaining and repairing DUMBLE amplifiers and was a proud owner of multiple DUMBLE amps himself. DUMBLE amplifiers are known for their distinctive harmonics, which can make even clean sounds seem slightly distorted. Furthermore, the drive sound of a DUMBLE amp responds to a guitarist's playing as if the amplifier itself possesses intention. It was this desire to capture this unique feel and translate it into a pedal-sized overdrive pedal that sparked the development process.
How to Use and Features:
The Signal Flow for Normal Channel and Drive Channel OVERDRIVELAND consists of two main sections. The first is the Normal Channel circuit, through which the signal passes when the Normal Channel is selected. This circuit includes the Tone circuit (including the EQ ON/GLASS switch) and Gain characteristics adjustment with the ROCK/JAZZ switch.
The second section is the Drive circuit. When the Drive Channel is selected, the signal passes through this Drive circuit before flowing into the Normal Channel circuit.
The Normal Channel features the "EQ ON/GLASS" and "ROCK/JAZZ" switches to help set the foundation for your sound.
The "EQ ON/GLASS" switch controls the equalization function of the Normal Channel. When set to "EQ ON," the "TONE" circuit is activated, allowing you to shape your tone. Selecting "GLASS" bypasses the "TONE" circuit, giving you a glassy tone reminiscent of turning on the Bright switch on a Blackface Fender Vibroverb.
The "ROCK/JAZZ" switch adjusts the frequency response and gain settings of the Normal Channel. The "ROCK" side is designed for shaping your sound with increased gain, while slightly reducing the gain in the low-frequency range to prevent excessive low-end volume that can cause the amp's input stage to distort. The "JAZZ" side, on the other hand, lowers the overall gain and is designed to bring out the richness in the low-frequency range.
When you select the Drive Channel in OVERDRIVELAND, the Drive circuit is added in front of the Normal Channel circuit. In other words, from the input side, the signal flows in the following order: Drive circuit, Normal Channel circuit, and then the output circuit. The Drive circuit is equipped with a "HI-CUT" filter circuit, making it easy to adjust the high-frequency characteristics. Additionally, the "PUSH" control adjusts the signal level sent from the Drive circuit to the Normal Channel, allowing you to control the perceived volume level. You can also adjust the volume when the Drive Channel is selected using the "DRV LEVEL" knob.

• The unit features a solid die-cast case with laser engraving. Each unit has a unique, rugged surface finish for you to appreciate.
• For the custom shop version, custom modules are used with different components than the standard version in order to respond more sensitively to input signals.
• Equipped with a ROCK/JAZZ switch for toggling gain and frequency characteristics (Normal Channel).
• Features a "GLASS" switch to bypass the TONE circuit and achieve a glass-like sound (Normal Channel).
• Independent output level adjustments for Normal Channel and Drive Channel.
• Incorporates the HTS (Holistic Tonal Solution) circuit, which differs from traditional buffer circuits. It maximizes the sound characteristics of the guitar while performing impedance conversion, achieving a balance between "sound" and "low noise." The HTS circuit prevents sound quality degradation even when the effect is turned off. Additionally, the output signal is in phase with the input signal, eliminating concerns about phase inversion.

My Favorite Face Mask for Hydrated, Glowing Skin

Absolutely amazing masks!!!

These masks are beyond amazing! I use one once a week and leave it on overnight after completing my p.m. skincare routine and wake up to smooth, plump, moisturized, and absolutely glowing!! I have extremely sensitive skin and eyes and these masks do not bother me at all. No burning in my eyes and no irritation of the skin. My deep wrinkles seem a lot less pronounced and some of my more fine lines almost disappear for 24 hours after using this mask. They are simple to use and adhere to the skin perfectly even after applying serums and moisturizers. Once the mask is completely absorbed and becomes clear it peels of the skin with ease. Based on the quality of these masks I am shocked by the low price, it is such a great value for your money. This Mask has become a staple in my skincare routine and I will continue to purchase these!!

I love this mask. It’s one of those products you can actually see a difference with right after using it.
It really helps with:
1. Deep hydration – my skin feels plump and moisturized, not dry or tight

Woke Up Glowing ✨ (But Sleeping In It Is a Stretch lol)

I was honestly impressed with this mask! It feels super soft, cooling, and refreshing while wearing it. The jelly texture makes it feel really hydrating and luxe, like a mini spa night at home. My skin looked smooth, plump, and GLOWING the entire next day after I took it off. Like… noticeably radiant.
I also have sensitive skin, so I was a little nervous trying it at first, but I didn’t have any irritation or reaction at all. My skin felt calm, hydrated, and refreshed afterward.
One thing I actually liked was that the mask was easy to customize a little. I have a nose piercing, so I just tore a small piece near my nose so it would fit comfortably without irritating it. The material held up perfectly, so that was a nice bonus for anyone with piercings or who just needs a better fit in certain areas.
My only complaint is the “sleep in it” part of the instructions. I personally don’t see how that’s possible 😅 The mask stays pretty moist and jelly-like the whole time, so it felt uncomfortable to lay down in and I kept feeling like it would slide around. I ended up just wearing it for a while before bed instead.
Overall though, the results were worth it and I’d definitely use it again for the glow alone!
